If you disconnect in the maze post a message on the disconnects thread on our official forums on Habbo and someone from Management will let you back in once confirmed as soon as possible.

For the screenshot we will only accept screenshots uploaded to either Prntscr or Imgur all others including irrelevant posts will be deleted and ignored.

 

To save you getting in trouble from Habbo for URL sharing please format the URL with the site name and the URL AFTER the / as per my examples below.

 

Also, ALL screenshots MUST include your Habbo visible in the room you wish to be let back in too, along with your Habbos name, the room info & the date and time all in the one screenshot.

 

It is recommended you take a screenshot with all the info required above as soon as you enter a room just in case you happen to DC, it always pays to be prepared! (if you are in a room longer than the 30 min time limit as mentioned below take a fresh screenshot).

Any screenshots that are over 30 mins since the DC or that don’t include ALL the above requirements will be ignored and will require you to restart the maze.

 

The 30 min time limit only applies if there is active management online. If there is no active management you will be let back in when the next active management is available to assist you so long as you meet the other requirements.
